We'd like to remind customers that we will be taking our annual shutdown over the Christmas & New Year period (after all, who in their right mind wants a new kitchen or bathroom installed on Christmas Day??)

Our last day in the office will be Friday 18th December, and we will reopen on Monday 4th January.

We'd like to take the opportunity to wish all our customers a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! To celebrate, check out our little Christmas video below...

​CKBC are delighted to announce the launch of a live chat facility directly in our website. You will see a little "speech bubble" icon in the bottom right of your screen - just click on it, and it will open a live text chat window.

The new chat facility should be live while during normal office hours, Monday to Friday. If no-one is available to answer your query at the time, just leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

Caldicot Kitchen & Bathroom Centre are delighted to announce that from January 2016, we will be sponsoring the Gassor's Tournament Team - the leading martial arts team in Wales coached by staff from the Martial Arts & Fitness Centre (MAFC) in Maindee, Newport.

The Gassor's Tournament Team comprises some of the best martial arts students of all ages from the MAFC and it's satellite clubs and has just completed another fantastically successful year, with 51 medals won at the UK International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) Championships in Crawley and, shortly before that, winning the Irish ITF Kup (for overall leading team) and 50 medals!

With plans already well in place for the team to compete in the World ITF Junior & Senior Championships in July 2016, fund-raising is already well underway to achieve this goal.

"We've been involved with the MAFC and Gassor's Tournament Team for a little while now, and are always amazed by the dedication, spirit and skill all the team members (young and old!) and the commitment of the coaches. We're therefore really pleased to be able to sponsor the team and help a little towards the dream of competing (and winning!) at the World Championships!" said John & Nicky of Caldicot Kitchens.

​We are delighted to announce that on Monday, 30th November 2015, John & Nicky Pelosi became the new owners of the Caldicot Kitchen & Bathroom Centre in Rogiet.

Caldicot Kitchens, as it is more commonly known, was established almost 30 years ago by Tony Wood who, together with his family, built a highly regarded business which has designed, supplied and installed many thousands of kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms in the South Wales area (and beyond!). With one eye now on a well-earned retirement, Tony had been seeking a successor to take over the business and was delighted when John & Nicky stepped forward for a new challenge.

John & Nicky (who have lived in Rogiet for many years now) bring with them a wealth of experience to take on this exciting new possiblity. Nicky is a qualified building surveyor who has worked on a variety of new build and renovation projects of all shapes and sizes throughout the UK, while John comes with a strong design and business background.

"We are very excited to be joining Caldicot Kitchens and extremely pleased that Tony and Michelle are entrusting us with this wonderful company that the Wood family has built up so successfully over many years", said John. "We are of course thrilled that Tony and Michelle will continue to play active roles in the business for the foreseeable future while we 'learn the ropes' and get to know the many long-standing customers."

The site gives a wealth of information on all that CKBC offer - kitchens, bathrooms & fitted bedrooms - as well as highlighting customer offers and competitions, examples of client projects & testimonials, contact information as well as a wealth of other design inspiration and other resources.

​We are also delighted to announce the launch of our own Facebook Page as well as a Twitter feed - in the coming months, we hope to keep you up to date with news & special offers as well as showcasing some of our latest customer projects.
